Odisha 10th Result 2026

How will the new format of the Odisha Class 10 results change the experience for students? For the first time, certificates will be issued in both Odia and English, marking a significant shift in the Board of Secondary Education Odisha’s approach.

The results are set to be released on May 2, 2026, at 4 PM. Students can access their scorecards online starting at 6 PM on bseodisha.ac.in and bseodisha.nic.in. This year, a total of 5,61,979 candidates took part in the examinations held from February 19 to March 2.

To pass, students must achieve a minimum of 33 percent overall and at least 30 percent in each subject. The provisional marksheet will detail their name, roll number, subject-wise marks, total score, and qualifying status.

Accessing Results:

  • Students can check their results via SMS by sending OR10 followed by their roll number to 5676750.
  • The Umang App also provides an easy way to access results.
  • DigiLocker will store digital copies of the HSC marksheet for easy retrieval.

This change comes after a strong performance last year—where the overall pass percentage was recorded at 94.69 percent. Teachers and students alike are hopeful that this year’s results will continue that trend.

The new bilingual certificates aim to better serve a diverse student population. Yet, some uncertainties linger around how these changes will affect future examinations and certifications. The state education board has not shared details on any further reforms planned for upcoming years.
