With over 250 Civil Services Training Institutions involved, the week features structured capacity-building programs that include webinars, workshops, and courses available on the iGOT Karmayogi platform.

The themes of the week—Technology, Tradition, and Tangible Outcomes—reflect a holistic approach to governance. As Modi noted, “When we talk about learning, the importance of technology becomes immensely significant in today’s context.” This acknowledgment of technology’s role in governance is particularly relevant as India has seen over 11 years of technology integration into public administration.

During this week, civil servants will engage in various activities designed to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are well-equipped to meet the challenges of modern governance.
