Sitaare Zameen Par Streaming Release
As anticipation builds, the film Sitaare Zameen Par is set to stream on Sony LIV starting March 10, 2026. Directed by R. S. Prasanna, this film marks a significant moment as it will be the first Hindi theatrical film to debut on the platform.

The film is a remake of the Spanish movie Champions and serves as a spiritual sequel to Khan’s acclaimed 2007 film Taare Zameen Par. It was produced by Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit under Aamir Khan Productions, with the screenplay written by Divy Nidhi Sharma.
Prior to its streaming release, Aamir Khan had made the film available on his YouTube channel through a pay-per-view model, charging Rs 100 per view. In a statement, Khan expressed his preference for earning directly from audiences rather than through traditional OTT channel offers, stating, “This is my private cinema chain. Think of it like Aamir Khan Productions has opened a new cinema chain, which is in everyone’s house and in everyone’s pocket… I prefer that more.”
