Complaint Filed Against Hardik Pandya
“I believe it is an insult to the national flag,” stated advocate Wajid Khan Bidkar, who has filed a complaint against Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya. He emphasized, “According to Section 2 of the 1971 National Flag Act, we should respect the dignity of the national flag.” The complainant further noted that the national flag symbolizes the entire nation, which allowed him to file the complaint in Pune.
